Canceling an order

Once an order is placed we provide 12 hours time frame after this period of time we are unable to issue a refund or exchange, we cannot make any exception to this policy. There is no Warranty or Guarantee of the products, in the case of manufacturing defects, we will offer only repair service on courtesy.

Orders cancelation will result in 3% cancellation charge on the billed amount. To cancel your order email us at support@shogunenterprises.in

Delivery time & processing

Once your order is received it must undergo a verification process that includes a review of your required documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driver’s License ) as well as a quality assurance review of the airgun(s). This verification takes up to 3 days for us to complete, once we ship your order we will update your delivery .

Most orders are delivered between 10 to 15 business days using reputable Surface courier, and we ship orders Monday to Saturday with the exception of public holidays.

Please note: orders are only able to be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of placing your order.

Defective products :

Because we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges every gun we sell will undergo a thorough quality review before they leave. We can not assume responsibility for damage caused by altering / modifying the gun or inappropriate usage. We do however offer repair services for possible repairs that may include a cost to you, if you need repair service on a gun you bought from us please email us at support@shogunenterprises.in and we will be glad to help. All repairs will be done on availability of spare part. Shogun Enterprises can refuse repair if the item is tampered by user or beyond normal repair.
Please note : There is no warranty of imported products in India.

Damaged products :

In case you have receiving a damaged product the claim should be made within 24 hours of receiving the package along with a uncut -unboxing video. No claims will be acceptable without the video.

Missing products :

There is a very slim chance for our team to miss out an item while packing, since human error is possible so, for any such claim by customers it will only be entertained on submitting a uncut – unboxing package  video within 24 hours of receiving the package . Without Package Opening Video proof we are not liable to take any claim of missing item in the consignment.
